Returns
Items can be returned for a refund or a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are non-refundable and only available for a store credit.
Mystery box sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges. All domestic (Australia-wide) returns are free of charge. International returns will be at a cost to the buyer.
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. Argo Swim reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.

Exchange
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges. If you need to change for another size please return your item for a refund/store credit and repurchase. We suggest placing an order for the item you want as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and missing out on your desired item.
Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
Faulty Items
All of our items go through strict quality controls prior to shipment however, If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty please send us an email at hello@argoswim.com.au with images of the faults and we will be in touch.
