What Size Am I?

Argo swimwear is true to size, though we do recommend checking our size guide. To find your perfect fit, click on the size guide at the bottom of each product page; the measurements will help you determine your correct size.

 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Please enter your shipping location at checkout to see prices. 

 

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Within Australia: Our current delivery timeframe has been extended. As such, please allow up to 8 business days for your online order to be delivered. Non-metro areas may add an additional day to delivery timeframe. Shipping for Argo Swim orders is $9 for regular post and $12 for express. If your order is $150 or over, we’re pleased to provide free shipping.

We have insured options for both express and standard shipping. We suggest you use these options as should there be any issues once the parcel has left our warehouse, without insurance, there will be no recourse. 

International Shipping: International shipping timeframes are dependant on location. Some delays have been noted in shipping due to Covid-19, so please allow up to 7 business days past the expected timeframe to compensate for this. 

We use FedEx/Aus Post for all international shipping. Shipping timeframes can be found here

Who pays for customs or duties on my order?

As the buyer, you are liable for any import customs duties or taxes that are applicable to your order, determined by your local customs authority. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you – regulations and guidelines differ by country. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Argo Swim.

 

I entered in the wrong address. What do I do?

Argo Swim are only able to change details on your order prior to it being processed by our warehouse. We recommend contacting Argo Swim online customer service as soon as possible to request any changes.

If your order has already been processed we are unable to change the address details. If this happens, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Refunds or will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of Argo Swim receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.

Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately?

Absolutely, all bikini tops and bottoms are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.

 

The item I wanted is out of stock. What do I do?

Some products will come back in stock. Please check back on the site or contact customer service at hello@argoswim.com.au to find out about product availability.

 

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Afterpay and LayBuy. Please sign up to a Paypal account here should you wish to use this payment method.

All payment options will be shown at checkout.  

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we are only able to send items to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

  

What fabric do you use and where does it come from?

The Royal Blue, Wine and Emerald Green colours are all made using ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon made from abandoned fishing nets and nylon waste, from oceans and landfills around the world.

The Bubblegum, Lilac and Mint Colours are made using REPREVE® fabrics which are derived from plastic bottles.

This results in cleaner oceans and swimwear that good for your soul.

 

Is recycled nylon the same quality as regular nylon?

Yes, it is exactly the same. The quality of the recycled nylon fabric is not compromised at all during the regeneration process. In fact, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity meaning it is exactly the same as virgin nylon.

 

Why are some items double-lined and some triple-lined?

All our swimwear has been water tested prior to being put into production. Some of the lighter colours were at risk of becoming slightly sheer when wet so we opted to include a third layer. This layer doesn't impact on the quality or feel of the product but provides an extra barrier so no items become sheer when wet.
