About Us

Argo Swim is an Australian owned fashion company based out of Melbourne, Australia specialising in lush swimwear made from recycled fabrics. 

Our mission is to reduce the impact on our environment by using fabrics made from recycled fishing nets, consumer waste products and recycled bottles. 

As a team we believe confidence is one of our greatest assets and aim to have all beautiful bodies oozing confidence in our swimwear. Our fabrics and colours are carefully chosen to be timeless pieces for many summers to come. 

 

Behind the Brand

Meet Abbey (Yes I'm writing this about myself and it feels weird).

After plenty of Melbourne covid lockdowns and a drive to do more than sit inside and make use of my Netflix subscription, Argo Swim was born. Combine a 21 year old who has always had a passion for business and an overflowing swimwear drawer that somehow fills up more each year and Argo Swim is what you get. 

I'm super proud to present you all with Argo Swim and hope you all love these pieces as much as I loved designing and creating each of them. 

I have a firm commitment to run Argo ethically and sustainably and promote body confidence at all times. PSA: Every body is a bikini body!

I hand pack every order and put all my love into everything I do at Argo. I really hope you love our products as much as I love creating them.

PS. A shoutout to my friends and family for their ongoing support on the good and bad days that came with starting up this business. I couldn't have done it without you all.

Abbey has unfortunately had to move on from Argo Swim, however we still have the same passion as she did and will endeavour to honour the brand she created. We love everything about Argo Swim, and what it represents.
